Why it matters
Set against the backdrop of an ambitious policy agenda focused on growth, clean energy, and social equity, ESG is more central to public policy than ever. Members of the Policy Liaison Group are ideally placed to provide technical and practical insight into challenges across all three pillars of ESG, informing major reforms — from planning and infrastructure to pensions, via the UK’s modern industrial strategy. With in-house expertise developed through regular engagement with policymakers and sustainability leaders, the Group ensures members are well-positioned to support informed policy discussions, help shape development, and contribute to effective implementation.
